This is a 2 day On Site workshop that teaches how to systematically encounter big changes that are happening in a workplace. We will apply the 5 building blocks of change at an organizational level using real major organizational changes happening in your company.
By the end of this workshop you will be able to:
- Ask & answer important questions that will help you succeed with Change (Personal or Business).
- Identify what your role is in the Change Process.
- Work with F.A.I.T.H and the 5 building blocks of Change to identify the tipping point.
- Go home with an action plan on how to manage a Change you are experiencing (Personal or Business)
Human Performance Improvement- Performance Beyond Training

Instructional Systems Design – Training Made Perfect
Have you ever attended a training and asked yourself “Why am I taking this training?” or maybe you created a training for your organization that missed the mark? It’s often because organizations have perceived training needs and do NOT follow an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process. This workshop is for those that either create training materials for their organization or manage training developers. You will learn the most globally used process for creating training solutions in an organization.
Instructional Systems Design -Training Made Perfect is a 2 day workshop composed of the 5 ISD phases, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation & Evaluation.
Public Workshop Cancellation and Postponement Policy and Fees
Cancellation fees are as follows:
From the time of registration through 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the start date of the workshop there is a $100.00, non-refundable administration fee for cancellation.20 days out, but prior to 7 days (1 week) from the start date of the workshop the cancellation fee is 50% of the total registration fee.Registrants who must cancel within 7 days (1 week) of the start date of the workshop will not receive a refund. Postponement fees are as follows: From the time of registration through the start date of the workshop there is no fee to postpone the registration. However, attendance must be confirmed for a subsequent On Site workshop taking place within 1 year, without option to cancel, or the entire (100%) registration fee is forfeit.

- If you personally cannot attend you may choose an associate to take your place any time before the actual workshop begins. No fee is charged for substitution of registrants.
